The Foundry

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information The Foundry collects, how we use it, the service providers we may share it with, and the steps we take to protect it when you use TheFoundryOnSol.com and related Foundry services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account information, support messages, survey responses, and other information you choose to submit.

For merchandise orders, we may collect delivery and contact information such as your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, selected product, quantity, and shipping method.

When you use wallet-enabled or blockchain features, we may process public wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, network information, and other publicly available blockchain data needed to provide the requested feature.

We may also collect basic technical information such as device/browser information, IP address, usage events, cookies, or local-storage identifiers used for security, authentication, preferences, analytics, and site functionality.

2. Payments

Payment card processing is handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. The Foundry does not store your full payment card number or card security code on its own servers.

We may receive limited payment-related information from the payment provider, such as payment status, amount, currency, transaction or checkout identifiers, customer email, and other information needed to confirm and support your order.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure The Foundry, provide accounts and requested features, process and support merchandise orders, calculate shipping, communicate with customers, prevent fraud or abuse, improve the website, maintain records, and comply with legal or payment-processing requirements.

We may also use information to send service messages, order confirmations, security notices, and user-requested alerts. Marketing communications are sent only where permitted and can be discontinued using the available opt-out method.

4. Service providers and disclosure

We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate The Foundry. These may include Base44 for application hosting and backend services, Stripe for payment processing, Printify and its production partners for merchandise fulfillment, and providers used for email, analytics, security, or infrastructure.

For merchandise fulfillment, order and shipping information may be provided to Printify and the applicable print/fulfillment provider so the product can be produced and delivered.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or misuse, or as part of a legitimate business transfer. The Foundry does not currently sell personal information as a business practice.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Foundry may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, prevent abuse, measure site performance, and support features such as anonymous response tracking for surveys or tests.

6. Blockchain information

Public blockchains are designed to be transparent and permanent. Transactions, wallet addresses, and related on-chain activity may remain publicly available even if you stop using The Foundry. We cannot alter or erase data that has already been recorded on a public blockchain.

7. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, support transactions and orders, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their passwords, devices, wallets, private keys, and two-factor authentication methods.

8. Your choices and rights

You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with your Foundry account, request corrections, or request deletion where applicable and where retention is not required for legal, fraud-prevention, transaction, or security purposes.

You can also manage certain account preferences, communications, cookies, and browser storage through the relevant Foundry feature or your browser/device settings.

9. Third-party links

The Foundry may link to third-party websites, wallets, exchanges, blockchain explorers, social platforms, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

10. Children

The Foundry is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the request.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as The Foundry changes. When we make material updates, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
