The first stage of The Foundry has been about proving that the individual pieces can actually work. Some of these systems will continue to change, but the underlying functionality has already been built and tested.
Public Foundry platform
The main Foundry site is live with a public front door, account system, community-facing navigation and connected areas for learning, discovery, play, NFTs and commerce.
Foundry Library, Signal & Forge_GPT
The educational Library, current-signal experience and plain-English Forge_GPT guidance are operating as the beginning of the learning and research side of the ecosystem.
Forge Play & Arcade
The Foundry has working game and competition experiences, including Forge Play, arcade systems and Crypto Runner, with player activity and reward systems continuing to evolve.
Membership & participation foundation
Member records, participation events, XP, achievements and wallet verification have been built as the foundation for a longer-term reputation system.
Solana membership NFT proof
A Metaplex Core membership NFT was tested on Solana Devnet. This remains a historical technical proof. Universal membership now uses the TF logo crest and signed wallet verification; no membership NFT mint is required.
Foundry NFT Devnet mint proof
An early Foundry NFT test completed a successful Devnet buyer mint, including wallet approval, payment handling, randomized reveal and on-chain verification. That test is now archived as technical proof rather than an active collection.
Store & fulfillment proof
The storefront and print-on-demand fulfillment workflow have been connected and tested through a real order flow, establishing the first commerce path inside The Foundry.

Refine, Connect & Prepare
The current stage is less about adding as many new features as possible and more about strengthening what already exists, connecting the pieces and preparing the parts that are not yet ready for broader use.
$TF pre-launch: target by 11 October 2026
$TF has not launched. Token payouts and buybacks are not active. Our target is to launch within 30 days of 11 September 2026, by 11 October 2026. This is a target, not a guaranteed date. Members can earn XP through available verified activities while we prepare.
One membership, TF crest and verified wallet
Retain existing member numbers and XP. Show the TF crest at signup and add Wallet Verified after signed ownership verification. Daily check-in and referral XP do not require a minted NFT.
XP reward schedule and verification
Implement 25 reward levels, 100 XP per step and a 2.5% personal ceiling. Connect verified game sessions and milestones; retain duplicate protection, daily limits and reviewed contribution workflows.
Public Share Pool preparation
Configure dedicated public treasury and distribution addresses, publish the official $TF mint and creator-fee allocation, reconcile 2% of settled store profits, and test reserves, payout retries and burn verification.
Foundry NFT project & art library
David and Dime are rebuilding the NFT workflow around separate project folders and artist-created asset libraries. Dealer, Scout, Warden or other concepts can be developed independently before any one project is selected for a Mainnet collection.
Future NFT mint readiness
The Devnet mint engine has been technically proven, but no active collection is being prepared for public sale today. Mint readiness will resume only after a specific NFT project and final artwork are approved.
The Foundry Thesis, Roadmap & Whitepaper
The public project documentation is being rebuilt so visitors can clearly understand why The Foundry exists, what has actually been built, what remains experimental and how the pieces are intended to fit together.
Membership progression
The participation, XP and achievement foundation is being refined into a clearer member progression system so reputation reflects useful activity rather than simple account age or wallet size.
Discovery and trading tools
The Forge workspaces for discovery, research, market charts, portfolio tools, token analysis and transaction flows remain active areas of development and testing.
Community growth
The Foundry is beginning to build a public presence beyond the product itself. The current focus is attracting people who want to learn, test, contribute and help improve the ecosystem rather than simply increasing follower counts.
Next
Launch, Measure & Improve
The next stage begins when the systems currently being hardened are ready to move beyond internal development. The emphasis will be on controlled launches, observing how people actually use the platform and improving from real behavior rather than assumptions.
Funded reward activation
Rewards can activate only after the official $TF launch, a verified token mint and working swap route, tested distribution controls, and at least 5 SOL in available reward funding AFTER the SOL operating reserve. This is a one-time starting threshold. Later 20-minute cycles can use smaller balances when execution is economical.
20-minute distribution checks
After activation, preserve operating SOL, snapshot eligible XP, pay capped proportional $TF allocations, and buy back and burn the genuine remainder. Defer uneconomical cycles and retain failed payouts for delivery. Publish deposits, payouts, burns and reserve balances.
First Foundry NFT Mainnet launch
After a specific NFT project is selected and its artwork, metadata, wallet testing and Mainnet configuration are approved, that project can move into a controlled public mint. No project name or supply is committed yet.
Expanded achievements & reputation
More verified activities can be connected to achievements, XP and member history, with clear rules for what earns recognition and how that history appears to the member.
Member profiles & contribution history
Members should eventually be able to see a useful record of participation, completed education, achievements and contributions rather than a collection of disconnected statistics.
Stronger research & signal tools
Discovery and signal systems can continue to improve around source quality, scam awareness, project context, creator information and the ability to move from a market signal into deeper research.
Additional Forge Play experiences
Games and challenges can expand where they add real entertainment and community value, while existing games continue to receive difficulty, control and reward improvements.
Community contribution workflows
Research, testing, educational material, ideas, artwork and other useful contributions can be given clearer submission, review and recognition paths inside The Foundry.
Longer-Term Direction
A Community That Can Build
The longer-term roadmap is intentionally less specific. The Foundry is still early, and it would be misleading to present distant ideas as guaranteed products. These are directions worth exploring if the earlier stages prove useful and the community grows around them.
Scalable achievement assets
High-volume achievements may eventually use compressed NFTs or similar scalable blockchain technology when there is a real reason for an achievement to exist outside the application database.
Deeper reputation systems
A mature Foundry reputation model could make verified participation and contribution more useful across projects, events, collaboration and member opportunities.
Community-built projects
The Foundry may become a place where members do more than use tools. Teams could form around ideas, experiments and projects that originate from people inside the community.
Creator & project collaboration
If participation grows, The Foundry can explore better ways for creators, researchers, developers, artists and project teams to find one another and work together.
Expanded commerce & member benefits
Commerce, collectibles, merchandise, partnerships and member benefits may expand where they create sustainable value without turning every part of the platform into a transaction.
Additional blockchain integrations
Other chains or protocols should only be added when they solve a real user problem. Expansion for its own sake is not the objective.
Governance when it is justified
Formal community governance should come only when there is a community large and active enough for governance to mean something. The Foundry does not need to manufacture decentralization before the participation exists.
